As an Apparel Production Sourcing company, Dominion Apparels Operations are geared to ensure Quality of the output at all stages of the process. Operations at Dominion Apparels comprise Pre-production & Sampling, Production & Quality Assurance, and Shipment. We have geared our resources to minimize the lead times in our operations and keep our customers up to date about their orders. We also provide online order tracking facility to our clients. Each Dominion Apparels client is provided a unique username and password, which provides access to status of their orders. While we work as remote managers on behalf of our clients, we understand that we are their eyes and ears locally. All information flow is coordinated smoothly between all three entities involved in the process: buyers, Dominion Apparels, and qualified factories.
We develop a detailed work plan for each purchase order, and endeavor to meet each milestone religiously. Delivery timeliness is an integral part of our quality system. We are continuously aware
of the fact that the apparel industry is time sensitive. Time is money, and Dominion Apparels meets all demands to provide our clients with quality apparel anytime, anyplace. We understand that a delay in any of the factors in the process can trigger a delay in the committed delivery time. Appropriate checklists are part of the process at every stage, which ensure that an appropriate indication is provided to the concerned managers if there is a problem, a potential problem or anticipated bottleneck. Corrective action and alternative plans can then be put into place to ensure that on-time delivery is maintained as far as possible. |
