Dominion Apperals was founded on the basic principle that proper service backed with a quality product delivered on-time is the backbone of our survival. We have strived to instill this philosophy in each of our employees and our manufacturing partners.
In the year 2000 our export of textile products was US$11 Million and in 2001 US$13.5 Million - a growth of 23%. Dominion Apperals has shown consistent growth since it's inception. Today we employ over 45 full-time staff in our 3 facilities and indirectly provide employment to thousands of workers at our manufacturing partners factories.
Our core focus on customer care, meeting quality standards and timelines has helped us grow aggressively over the years. As a result of customer satisfaction, our clients have reposed confidence in our order management abilities and have re-ordered with us.
We have 100% client retention rate. We are proud to state that in the first half of 2002 we have achieved and maintained a 96.3% on-time delivery schedule, an increase of 3.7% over the year 2001.
