Dominion Apparels believes in the importance of using the latest
technology to provide quality service to our clients and our
manufacturing partners. With the use of digital photography, much time
is saved with routine questions regarding fabrics and apparel styling
etc. Our state-of-the-art order tracking system allows us constant
access to the most recent developments on order management, monitoring
of progress and highlights any issues well in time. This allows us to
take remedial action before such delays occur resulting in on-time
deliveries and better customer satisfaction. We are proud to state that
in the first half of 2002 we have achieved and maintained a 96.3%
on-time delivery schedule, an increase of 3.7% over the year 2001.
In keeping with our commitment to continuously enhance our services to
our clients, we have launched our interactive website in April 2002.
This facility allows our customers to track production orders using our
secure web-server. The document information is also provided online for
each dispatched purchase order and clients can also check the status of
the documents in real time from the respective courier's websites. For
this purpose, the Dominion Apparels Online Order Tracking Software has been linked
directly with the courier websites.
