Due to our constant enhancement of quality standards, we organize four in-house training programs a year in all the aspects of textiles. This not only provides for our existing team but also helps us to train new recruits…a constant need due to our steady growth. Twice a year we invite experts in their respective fields to an in-house seminar where they highlight developments in the textile sector. This allows us to discuss ways and means to further improve all areas of our company and offer the best services and solutions to our customers.
In addition to the above vital functions, Dominion Apparels maintains and fulfils production capacities with Quality Manufacturers in all our textile districts. This ensures that our
clients have constant production space available for their needs. We maintain close
relationships with the manufacturers to ensure that Quality levels are continuously
enhanced and maintained and commitments are met. Through this interaction we are
also able to judge market trends and continue to update our clients on new developments
in fabrics, textures and garment styling.
